To deliver its asset & maintenance management solutions effectively, this client required an IT infrastructure that enhanced staff communication and collaboration. We made this possible by implementing Office 365 Enterprise E1 and E3.

Vetasi is the largest channel partner of IBM for Maximo in Europe and Africa, providing comprehensive asset and maintenance management solutions utilising Maximo and complementary technology products. With a work force based all over the world Vetasi needed a solution that enables its staff to communicate and collaborate effectively when working on projects – Office 365 was the solution.

With the existing systems causing issues, Microtrading won the contract to implement and support an Office 365 solution that met the company’s requirements for effective working and sharing of information. We, implemented the Office 365 Enterprise E1 and E3 plans for Vetasi and assisted with the migration of existing email and files over to the new system. The project also involved using SharePoint and creating team-sites with workflows to manage the technical approval process on projects.

Office 365 is hosted in Microsoft’s data centres and subscription based, enabling Vetasi to pay monthly with access to the latest versions of the software. In addition, staff can access the system from wherever they are in the world, ensuring effective communication and collaboration that assists with the continued growth of the business.
